Creamy Salmon Dip
Light salmon dip that is great served with an assortment of raw vegetables.

Creamy Salmon Dip Ingredients
| 1 can (170 g) | Clover Leaf Sockeye Salmon, Skinless and Boneless, drained |
| 1 cup (250 mL) | plain low fat yogurt |
| 1/2 cup (125 mL) | light mayonnaise |
| 2 tbsp (30 mL) | chili sauce |
| 2 tbsp (30 mL) | chopped chives or green onion |
| 2 tbsp (30 mL) | chopped fresh parsley |
Preparation
- In medium bowl, combine salmon, yogurt, mayonnaise, chili sauce, chives and parsley; mix until fairly smooth.
- Chill until serving. Serve with crudities.
- Makes about 2 1/4 (550 mL) cups.
Tips:
- Prepare up to a day ahead; covered and refrigerated.
- Prepare vegetables ahead and store in plastic bags.
