Crab and Rice Alfredo
A creamy sauce with flake style surimi over rice may sound time consuming but is really easy and quick to prepare especially for a busy home.

Crab and Rice Alfredo Ingredients
| 1 jar (435 mL) | Alfredo sauce |
| 1-1/2 cups (375 mL) | frozen peas, thawed |
| 1 tbsp (15 mL) | each chopped fresh parsley, chives and pimentos |
| 1 pkg (227 g) | Clover Leaf Crab Delectables TM, Flake Style |
| 4 cups (1 L) | hot cooked white rice |
Preparation
- Combine Alfredo sauce, peas, parsley, chives and pimentos in a medium skillet. Place over medium heat, stirring frequently until heated through.
- Add Crab Delectables and heat an additional 2 minutes.
- Serve over a bed of hot cooked rice. Serve with shredded fresh Parmesan cheese, if desired.
