Crab Stir-fry

Crab Stir-fry Ingredients
| 1-1/2 tsp (7 mL) | oil |
| 4 cups (1 L) | fresh or frozen stir-fry vegetables |
| 1 tsp (5 mL) | each fresh minced ginger root and garlic |
| 1 pkg (227 g) | Clover Leaf Crab Delectables TM, Flake Style |
| 1/3 cup (75 mL) | purchased stir-fry sauce |
| 4 cups (1 L) | hot cooked rice |
| Toasted sesame seeds (optional) |
Preparation
- In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add vegetables, ginger and garlic. Cook, stirring often, until barely tender (cover with lid and add a little water for fresh veggies) . Add Crab Delectables and sauce; stir to combine. Serve over hot cooked rice and sprinkle liberally with toasted sesame seeds.
- Options: Add 1 can (227 mL) sliced water chestnuts, drained or 1 can (14 oz/398 mL) baby corn, drained.
