Caribbean Crab Salad Ingredients

2 pkgs (227g each) Clover Leaf Crab Delectables TM, Flake Style
1/4 cup (50 mL) mayonnaise
2 tbsp (30 mL) chopped cilantro
1 tbsp (15 mL) freshly squeezed lime juice
cayenne pepper, to taste
1 can (284mL) whole mandarin orange segments in juice, drained
lettuce leaves

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, combine Crab Delectables™, mayonnaise, cilantro, lime juice and Cayenne pepper mixing thoroughly.
  2. Arrange 1/4 of orange segments over lettuce leaves on 4 individual salad plates.
  3. Top with Crab Delectables mixture.
  4. Serve immediately.
