Cajun Crab Rice Ingredients
| 1 tbsp (15 mL) | vegetable oil |
| 1 cup (250 mL) | chopped onion |
| 1/2 | red pepper, chopped |
| 1/2 | green pepper, chopped |
| 1 pkg (227 g) | Clover Leaf Crab Delectables TM, flake style |
| 1/4 cup (50 mL) | bottled Cajun marinade |
| 1 | small tomato, diced |
| 1/8 tsp (0.5 mL) | ground red pepper (optional) |
| 1 cup (250 mL) | instant white rice |
| 1 cup (250 mL) | water |
Preparation
- In a large skillet, heat oil on medium-high heat. Add onion and peppers. Cook and stir 5 minutes until tender. Stir in all other ingredients. Bring to a boil. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes.
