This 'Take 5' tuna recipe uses 5 ingredients and takes just 5 minutes to prepare. Tuna Curry in a Hurry uses Clover Leaf Spicy Thai Chili Flavoured Tuna and works well with naan and rice.

Ingredients

1 tbsp (15 mL)
butter
1
clove garlic, minced
2 cans (85 g each)
Clover Leaf Flaked Light Tuna - Spicy Thai Chili
1 cup (250 mL)
low fat sour cream
1 tsp (5 mL)
curry powder

Preparation

  1. Over medium heat melt butter in a large saucepan. Add garlic.
  2. Stir in tuna, sour cream and curry powder.
  3. Heat until warm and serve over rice or accompany with Naan bread if desired.
  4. Garnish with cilantro (optional).
