Crab Club Sandwich

By making the sandwich filler ahead of time, your family can easily assemble these sandwiches for their own lunch or snack while you take care of other priorities.

Ingredients

1 tbsp (15 mL)
dry ranch dressing mix
1/4 cup (50 mL)
light mayonnaise
1 tbsp (15 mL)
milk or buttermilk
2 pkgs (227 g)
each Clover Leaf Crab Delectables™, Flake Style
4 strips (4)
cooked bacon, chopped

green onions, thinly sliced

sandwich-size pieces French bread, split
4
lettuce leaves
1
large tomato, sliced

Preparation

In a bowl, mix together the ranch dressing, mayonnaise and milk. Then, stir in the Crab Delectables™, bacon and green onions. Divide mixture among French bread pieces and top with lettuce and tomato.
