Clover Leaf’s prime cut of Yellowfin Tuna Steak-Fresh Thai Herb is marinated and pre-cooked in a traditional Thai recipe known as Tom Kha, which blends coconut milk and fresh herbs like lemongrass, Thai ginger, Thai chili and Kaffir lime leaf. The fresh herbs are packed whole and can be served as garnish, although you may choose to eat them with your meal. There’s no preparation required, just heat and serve!
It’s packed in a 113g foil pouch that comes with a Safety Seal Guarantee: after the pouches are sealed the product is cooked at high heat – right in the pouch – so the flavour is locked in, and the pouch can safely be stored at room temperature.
