1) How do you read date code on Clover Leaf products?

All Clover Leaf products have the best before date stamped or ink-jetted on the packaging (can, pouch, box, bottle cap, overwrap). This best before date format is MMM (for month) and YYYY (for year). For example MAY 2015. Should you come across a Clover Leaf product in your pantry that does not have a date stamp, do give us a call and we will be happy to provide you with the date code of that product. 2) What does the "Best Before" date tell me?

The "Best Before" date shows how long the product will be of optimal quality. We recommend you use the product within a week of the "Best Before" date; however, we do not guarantee the product quality past the "Best Before" date.
