Instructions
- In large bowl, combine salmon, carrot, lemon juice and rind, couscous, spinach, green onions and chili powder. Pour boiling chicken broth over all; mix well. Cover with foil and let stand 5 minutes.
- Add walnuts and fluff with a fork. Serve immediately.
Hint Place chicken broth in large glass measuring cup. Microwave on HIGH until it boils. Couscous is often available in the bulk section of the supermarket; just purchase the quantity you need.
